Shipping & Delivery Policy

All products, extensions, and lifetime licenses provided by ZenStream (a project by SummerLabs) are delivered digitally.

1. Digital Delivery Timelines

No physical shipping is required. Delivery of the software package is fulfilled as follows:

• Immediate Availability: Once you sign in and authenticate, download buttons for the extension ZIP file are activated instantly.
• Instant Payment Activation: Pro Lifetime licenses are synced to your registered email immediately upon validation of Topmate transactions. The extension popup will reflect the Pro status dynamically.

2. Shipping Charges

Because all services are digital downloads and license updates, there are zero shipping fees, customs taxes, or physical delivery handling fees associated with any ZenStream plans.

3. Support & Queries

If you experience any issues downloading the ZIP file or syncing your Pro license, please contact us at hello@summerlabs.in, and we will assist you in completing the digital installation.
