Thank you for purchasing the ZenStream Pro Lifetime Pass. Please review our refund terms below.

1. Digital Goods Refund Policy

Because ZenStream Pro is a downloadable digital asset that is immediately accessible and usable upon payment verification, all sales of the Pro Lifetime Pass are final and non-refundable.

2. Try Before You Buy

To ensure that ZenStream meets your needs and works correctly on your operating system and Chrome configuration, we provide a generous **Free Starter Plan** (which offers up to 10 ad skips and mutes daily). We strongly recommend that you install and test the Free Starter version of the extension before purchasing a Pro Lifetime Pass.

3. Mitigating Factors & Exceptions

We understand that technology configurations vary. While our policy is strictly non-refundable, exceptions may be considered under the following circumstances:

Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the Pro Lifetime Pass twice using the same email or different email addresses, please email us within 48 hours with both transaction details, and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
Definite Transaction Failure: If payment was debited but your license failed to activate and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days, we will refund the charge.
